Please FULLY COMB OUT your hair prior to your hair appointment,  a hair & scalp Analysis is performed at the beginning of each session, it slows down the beginning process, which would take longer than your appointment time and may be subject to CANCELATION. 

NO ADDITIONAL  GUESTS/ CHILDREN /PETS ARE ALLOWED.. NO EXCUSES! We offer a PRIVATE relaxing hair experience. 

Please check with your stylist about COVID GUIDELINES. ( Bring a mask just in case..)

If you feel sick for any reason, please notify your stylist to reschedule.

FRIENDLY REMINDER 

Please be ON TIME for your hair session.

However, we understand things happen, so there is a 15 MIN grace period after your booked time before your appointment may be canceled.
